Return Policy
- Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for a return/ replacement. Please refer to our Refund & Replacement section and fill up necessary details mentioned below or you can report the issue via call (6290808128)/whatsapp(7003883406)/email (info@digitalarcade.in) within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate an exchange and return. To ensure a smooth claim process, we recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.

- Defective Product Delivered
For products that exhibit technical defects, you need to report us by filling the Refund & Replacement form or report the issue via call (6290808128)/whatsapp(7003883406)/email (info@digitalarcade.in) within 24 hours of item’s delivery. Beyond the said timeline the issue need to be reported with the respective brand’s service centers within the warranty period, as all products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. In cases where the brand refuses to honor the warranty, we will arrange a replacement directly through Digital Arcade. Refer to our Warranty Policy for further details.
Note: Some brands offer sealed-pack replacements for certain defective products, but this is subject to the brand’s individual policies and is not influenced by Digital Arcade whatsoever.
General Guidelines for Returns
- Return Window: To initiate a return, you must fill up the Refund & Replacement form or contact our customer support via call (6290808128)/whatsapp(7003883406)/email (info@digitalarcade.in) within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the product. Once your return is approved, we will process the refund.
- Product Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
- Return Process: Once approved, we will share return shipping label via email. our courier partners will schedule a pickup at your location. The package need to be thoroughly packed and return label should be pasted on top of the package.
- Quality Check: Replacements will be processed after the product passes a quality inspection at our warehouse. If discrepancies are found, you may not qualify for a refund as per our terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 8 hours before the product is dispatched. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

- Refund Process: We will refund your payment within 5 to 7 working days after the cancellation request has been approved.

Missing Parcels
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses. If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us via email, and we will liaise with our courier service to locate your package.
For optimal security, we recommend providing a delivery address where you or someone else will be available to receive the items during the day.
