The COD (Cash on Delivery) charge is a small security fee collected in advance to confirm your order and reduce fake or unverified orders. This amount is refundable only if the delivery partner fails to deliver the order or if the user cancels during the confirmation call.

- Once the product passes a quality check at our warehouse, the replacement will be processed within 2 days and delivered in 3-5 working days.
