3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹999. Below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select locations with an additional handling fee.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

6. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the Shiprocket tracking link provided via email/SMS or directly on our website under “Track Order.”

7. Order Delays & Issues

In case of shipping delays, incorrect address, or lost/damaged shipments:

  • We will coordinate with Shiprocket and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

8. Returns & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery for replacement.
