What do the terms Open Box, No Box, Used, and New/Sealed mean?

These terms describe the condition and packaging status of our products:

  • New/Sealed: Brand-new product in original, sealed packaging.
  • Open Box: New and unused, opened for inspection or display purposes.
  • No Box: New or like-new product without the original box.
  • Used: Used product, professionally tested and certified to be fully functional.
What is the COD charge, and when is it refundable?

The COD (Cash on Delivery) charge is a small security fee collected in advance to confirm your order and reduce fake or unverified orders. This amount is refundable only if the delivery partner fails to deliver the order or if the user cancels during the confirmation call.

Note: If the user refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the paid security fee will not be refunded.

How do I return or replace a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

  • Refund/replacement is processed after quality check; replacement delivery in 3–5 days.
What’s the cancellation and refund policy?
  • Cancel/edit order within 8 hours of placement (before dispatch) via website, call, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Refunds are credited within 24 hours after cancellation approval.

  3. If the product is eligible for return/replacement, we will send you a return shipping label via email, and our courier partner will arrange a pickup.
  4. Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
  5. Once the product passes a quality check at our warehouse, the replacement will be processed within 2 days and delivered in 3-5 working days.
