EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product regarding its exchange.
We offer refunds on Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Cash on Delivery through Website Wallets/exchanges for our customers, subject to the following scenarios:
- Received defective product
- Product got damaged during shipping
- Received wrong product
- Product is not as shown on the website or does not fit
After approving your return request we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. EXCHANGE PROCESS.
To exchange a product through Wallet Website you have to contact our customer support to schedule a courier pickup within 14 days from delivery of the product. We will arrange a time with our courier partner. Please note that if you have agreed to a time for a pickup and you are not available, there will be a INR 50-100 deduction from your refund wallet.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
All products exchanged must:
- Have original invoice
- Have all its original packaging
- Have all original tags
- Product is not as shown on the website or does not fit
Be in unused, unworn and unwashed condition Please note that we cannot replace or refund products that don’t meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply:
- Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse
- Product has a manufacturing defect but has been used.
Missing Parcels
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot take the responsibility for the wrong address being used for an order. E-mail us if your garments do not arrive and we’ll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address if possible.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Product delivered damaged, diffective, different are eligible for replacement. If replacement is not available only then refund is applicable.
Item Delivered Damaged or Defective Is Only Eligible For Replacement/ Refund.
Kindly Make an Unboxing Video While Opening The Package for Refund/Replacement Request. Without That No Return/Replacement request will be entertained.
In no condition refund/replacement is applicable on the ground of not liking the item packaging or accessories being unavailable. Refer to the attached real time pictures and item condition mentioned in specification to avoid such unwanted issues.
CANCELLATIONS
